Meet Our Team
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards qualification in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.
Bernadette has spent the last 5 years working with special needs children since finishing 6th form gaining qualifications in drama music, ICT and sports leaders. She is working towards her level 3 in early years childcare alongside her studying of an open university degree in childhood and youth studies. In her spare time she play’s hockey and loves spending time with loved ones.
This is Debbie, she has been working in Childcare for 14 years, in Pre-schools, Nurseries and as a teaching assistant, she is Level 3 qualified, she loves working in childcare as she gets to watch the children develop and grow. When Debbie isn’t busy working in our Pre-School she enjoys spending time with her 3 grown up children and going on long country walks with her dog.
This is Teannie she is currently in our baby room, she is level 2 qualified in chidcare and will soon be starting her level 3.
In her spare time she enjoy’s spending time with her husband and seeing her family, especially her baby nephew.
Zoe is the Toddler Room Leader with a level 3 childcare qualification. She has worked with children since leaving school in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and going out to eat with friends and family.
This is Kirby of the Baby room and Pre-School.
She has been at Littledots North Leigh since October 2018, and is currently studying level 3 childcare NVQ.
She works with the babies and pre-school and loves the difference between them all. She has a degree in public service and beauty.
She also has a 3 year old who comes to nursery. In her spare time she loves being out and about with the family Labrador.
This is Ambra she moved to the UK in February 2019 and joined us in the Toddler room in April 2019. Ambra as a degree in Psychology and she is currently working towards her Level 3 in Childcare. Ambra has a young daughter who attends Little Dots and in her spare time she loves travelling around in her camper van.
Freya’s hobbies are reading, knitting and listening to music, She enjoy’s taking care of her niece and nephews and going on long walks.
Freya has chosen to do this job because she enjoys taking care of children and helping them learn day to day things.

Jodie works in our Baby room and is working towards her Level 3 in Early Years. Out of work her time is spent creating memories with her family and fulfilling hobbies such as crafts, outdoor adventures and canoeing.
Hannah works in the Toddler room and a has a level 3 NVQ qualification in early childhood education. She moved over from Australia in August 2018 and in her spare time enjoys travelling around the country and Europe exploring all the new sights and cultures.
Julie is a trainee Nursery Assistant currently working towards her NVQ level 3 in our baby room.
In her spare time Julie enjoys baking cakes and spending time with her partner and son who also attends Little Dots.
Georgia – Full Time Cook
Georgia is our full time cook at our North leigh Little Dots And in her free time enjoys socialising, baking and travelling
Isobel Goves – Manager of Northleigh & Witney
Isobel is our Manager and based at both sites, she is Level 3 qualified in childcare and recently completed her Level 3 in Leadership and Management. She also runs Bampton Youth Club and is Chair of BUFC, she is currently planning her wedding and enjoys spending time with family and friends, she also enjoys reading, being at the seaside and a glass of gin.
Tasha Jackson – Deputy Manager of Northleigh
Tasha has a level 3 and has leadership and management level 2 she’s been in childcare for 18 years.
Tasha is a mum of two boys so her spare time involves watching her sons playing football. Natasha is also a self-confessed cleaning addict, but when she does get a moment to herself she enjoys unwinding with a book and glass of wine.
Madelaine Marshall – Operations Manager
Maddie is NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care, she fostered from 2011 until 2019 and hopes to again in the future but is currently taking a break to concentrate on her 3 boys who keep her busy with Football, Golf, Lego, Xbox and Nerf Guns to name a few things!
