Meet the Little Dots North Leigh Team
All of our staff are fully qualified or working towards qualification in childcare and all are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding and Manual Handling. They also regularly participate in short courses to keep them up to date on the latest developments and resources that are relevant to the Early Years Foundation Stages of education.
Rebecca
Deputy Manager
She is level 5 qualified in Early Years and Education.
In her spare time she loves to spend it with her husband, Harriet and fur baby Arnie having family days out.
Gemma
She is level 3 qualified.
She is a keen horse rider and has her own horse, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and son.
Hannah
Hi my name is Hannah, I am currently working towards my level 3 in childcare.
I have my own little dot called Cruz.
I enjoy spending time with my family at the weekends and going on days out.
Louisa
Louisa is based in the baby room.
She is currently studying to complete her level 3 qualification in Early Years.
In her own time she enjoys spending it with family and friends, she also likes motorsports.
Jade
Jade joined the baby room in 2022.
Jade is working towards her Level 3 in early years, as well as studying Health and Social care at The Open University.
Jade spends most of her time with her fur baby, Enzo and her partner. She loves spending time at the beach, going on long walks and visiting her family at the weekends
Daisy
Daisy is currently based in the baby room and completing her level 3 qualification here at Little Dots.
Although she does love to help out in all of the rooms. In her spare time she enjoys watching and performing in Musical theatre which comes in great help during our little singing sessions.

Emily
Emily is based in the baby room at Little Dots, and is level 3 qualified. Before starting at Little Dots, Emily was a senior practitioner at a different nursery with 10 years experience.
In her spare time she loves making memories with her 3 year old son and spending time with family and friends.
Megan
Megan is our Baby Room Leader (non walkers). She is level 3 qualified in childcare and education, she started at our Witney settling but transferred to North Leigh.
In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends and loves some online shopping.
Laurie
Hi my name is Laurie, I am currently working towards my level 3 in childcare.
In my spare time I like doing Zumba, running and walking my 3 dogs.
I enjoy going out for a coffee with my teenage daughter and riding on my motorbike.
Lisa
Lisa is based in the Toddler Room, she is Level 3 qualified. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband and two young children.
They love going on lots of adventures together. Recently gained two new kittens to the family.
Rachel
She is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification.
She is kept busy by her two younger little dots.
Loves going on adventures in her campavan travelling the UK to find beaches and mountains to climb.
Leila
Leila joined little dots in 2024.
She is currently working towards her level 3 childcare qualification.
Leila has 3 children of her own, which keeps her extremely busy!
Jessica
Jessica joined us in 2023 and is based in our baby room where she has her own little dot that attends.
Paul
Forest School Paul
Paul Morris is Lynseys husband and is based at our Forest School, known to our Little Dots as Forest School Paul.
He absolutely loves wildlife and being outdoors, he is passionate about helping the children increase their confidence and self esteem through exploration outdoors and encourages problem solving to help little ones develop their independence.
Chelsea
Chelsea is our baby room leader (walkers), and level 3 qualified.
She loves playing football and spending time with her family and friends!
Tilly
Tilly is based in the baby room at Little Dots. She has been working here since 2023!
She just finished her level 2 qualification in Early Years.
In her spare time she loves to get dressed up with her friends and go out as well as shopping and travelling.
Jodie
Jodie started her Little Dots journey in 2018 and is the Toddler Room Leader.
She is currently working towards her Level 5 and creating fun and inspiring opportunities for the children.
Emma
Emma is based in the Preschool room, and is level 2 qualified. She have been with Little Dots since Feb 2023.
Emma enjoys spending her spare time going out with friends and traveling to different places.
Carla
Carla has been with our team since 2020 and is our amazing onsite cook, she manages to cook a variety of meals catering to dietary needs and allergies, all fresh on the day.
She lives local and loves spending time with her son and extended family.
Lillia
Lillia is based in the baby room at Little Dots.
She has her level 2 Early Years qualification.
In her spare time she likes to hang out with her friends and make memories with her nephews, and enjoys walking her dogs.
Keavy
Keavy is based in the Toddler Room, she is level 2 qualified but working towards her Level 3.
She loves to get creative with arts and crafts. In her spare time she loves to spend it walking and having cuddles with her dog Rosie.
Leah S
Leah joined the Little Dots team in 2024. She is based in the preschool room and currently completing her level 3 qualification.
Leah enjoy spending time with her family and friends, cooking and listening to music.
Victoria
Victoria is based in our Pre School room, and does 1:1 support. She is level 3 qualified, and has many years experience with early years. Victoria use to own a sushi company (she has made yummy sushi for the staff with the children).
In her spare time she enjoys exploring and mental detecting.
Abby Wadley
Abby is level 3 qualified and our Preschool room leader. She has over 30 years experience of working with children of all ages.
She is very passionate about her job and enjoy nothing more than a bit of imaginative play.
She also has a great relationship with her teenage son, although he does think she is a little embarrassing at times!
Georgia
Georgia joined us in 2023 and has been a enthusiastic member of the baby room, her own Little Dot attends and she has made such an impact on her colleagues that she was voted Employee of the year 2023.
Madelaine
Operations Manager
Maddie joined Little Dots in 2016 and is based in the office. She has 3 sons of her own and spends most of her time out of work being a taxi service to them(Free of charge).
She still has one small enough to get her daily cuddle intake.
She loves spending time with her family and friends and going on holidays!
